Richardson's Boat Yard Staff

Jackie is Rick’s daughter, and grew up around the marine business. Jackie and her cousins would spend a lot of their downtime & summers around the yard. Now, after starting a family of her own, Jackie is able to watch her 2 sons grow up around the business. When not at work, Jackie enjoys spending time & traveling with her family.

Chelsea is familiar with the area as she spent time at Richardson's whilst boating with her parents when she was a child. She obtained her bachelors degree in business management at SJC which is right up the street. She has been with Richardson's for 8 years and has shown herself to be very detail oriented and does a great job, we are lucky to have her! When not at work, Chelsea enjoys adventures with her friends and family. 

Mike brings with him over 2 decades of sales experience. If you ever come to the Marina, chances are you will know Mike! His personality is as big as his stature, and it is clear he loves what he does. Mike is very knowledgeable in the brands Richardson’s carries, he is excellent at sitting down with customer’s and building the boat of their dreams. When not at work, Mike enjoys relaxing with his family & getting out on Sebago Lake.

Ira has been with Richardson’s for over 15 years. Prior to working at Richardson’s, he earned a degree in Marine Industry Technology, and served in the Marine Corps. Ira enjoys the challenges each season brings, interacting with new & long time boating customers, as well as getting to work on the water with a great group of employees. When not at work, Ira enjoys spending time with his family outdoors.

Kevin has spent 38 years in the parts industry! A native of Chebeague Island, working with or around boats was part of his upbringing. In the time Kevin has been with Richardson’s, he has created good relationships with long time & new customers! While not at work, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family in Denmark, workin’ on their land.
